Every package pairs a seat on our group coach with a confirmed bed near the venue. Choose the format that matches your budget and how close you want to sleep to the gates.
Festival tickets are included only where we act as an authorized reseller. Alcohol is not part of any package, and travel insurance can be arranged on request.

Line by line
Every price on the package list is built from four lines. Open a row to see what is fixed, what is variable, and when a booking stops being refundable.
UAH 3,000 per person holds your seat on the coach and your bed in the shared apartment. The balance is due 21 days before the departure date you chose.
Rates are quoted per person for three nights in a shared apartment, 18 minutes on foot from the main stage. A private room upgrade adds UAH 1,800 per person.
The return group transfer is inside the price you see, with fuel and road tolls already counted. Coaches leave from Kyiv, Zakhidnyi rail hub, with one planned rest stop each way.
Cancel 21 or more days before departure and your deposit moves to a future trip at no cost. Inside 21 days the accommodation and transfer lines become payable, because beds and seats are already committed.
Next departures leave Kyiv on 14 June and 5 July, and the deposit above holds a seat on both. Festival tickets are included only where we are an authorized reseller, and our team is reachable 24/7 for emergencies during a trip. Alcohol is not included in packages. Only where we are an authorized reseller, and the package row says so. Otherwise we book your entry pass and show it as a separate line in the cost breakdown. Entry passes stay subject to the festival's own terms, so read the Travel Package Disclosure before paying a deposit.
A deposit of 30% per person reserves your seat on the group transfer and your bed. The balance is due 21 days before departure. Group totals, transfer costs and accommodation nights are itemised on our cost breakdown so nothing arrives as a surprise.
Yes. Half on booking, half three weeks later, with no extra handling fee. Bank transfer and card are both fine. We never ask for card details over chat.
Travel insurance is recommended and we can arrange it on request. Tell us your dates and group size and we add the policy cost as its own line, so you can compare it against a policy you already hold.
If the organiser moves the dates, we move the transfer and the rooms with it, or you take a full refund of the organizer portion. If you cancel yourself, the window and the amounts we can return are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Name changes up to 7 days before departure are free.
