Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to travel packages sold by vundalis.com (LLC). It explains cancellation, refund, and change rules, including deadlines and fees. We comply with Ukrainian law, including the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX of 10.11.2022 and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015, Article 6.

Cancellation by You

If you cancel a travel package:

• More than 30 days before departure: full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund.
• 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund.
• Less than 7 days before departure: no refund.

These fees cover costs already incurred. Under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX, you may have a right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, but this does not apply to travel services with fixed dates. Contact us to exercise any statutory rights.

Changes by You

You may request a change of dates or destination up to 15 days before departure. We will charge a change fee of 15% of the package price plus any supplier penalties. Changes are subject to availability.

Cancellation by Us

We may cancel if minimum group size is not met or due to force majeure. We will offer an alternative or a full refund. We are not liable for indirect losses.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method. We may deduct fees as above. For disputes, contact us first. You may also complain to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.

Force Majeure

If force majeure (natural disasters, war, pandemics, government actions) prevents travel, we will offer a credit voucher valid for 12 months or a refund minus unrecoverable costs. Ukrainian law governs this policy.
