Terms of Service

Last updated: 01.01.2025. These Terms govern the use of vundalis.com and the booking of festival travel packages.

1. General Provisions

vundalis.com (LLC, EDRPOU 33015594) offers festival travel packages. By booking, you agree to these Terms. We comply with Ukrainian law, including the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015, Article 6, and the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX of 10.11.2022. We follow Google Ads policies.

2. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon full payment. Prices are in UAH. Payment methods: card, bank transfer. We may cancel if payment fails. All details are provided before contract conclusion as required by distance selling rules.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

You may withdraw within 14 days of booking if the festival date is more than 30 days away, per consumer protection law. Cancellations less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable unless required by law. Refunds are processed within 30 days.

4. Liability

We are not liable for force majeure, festival changes, or personal injury during travel. Our liability is limited to the package price. Nothing limits your statutory rights.

5. Personal Data

We process personal data in line with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010. We use cookies with consent. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Consumer Rights and Complaints

Consumers may contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Derzhavna sluzhba Ukrainy z pytan bezpechnosti kharchovykh produktiv ta zakhystu spozhyvachiv) for complaints. We aim to resolve disputes amicably.
