Next departure: 14 Jun, Kyiv to Budapest
Overview
We are a travel organizer: we build the trip around the festival, handle the transfers and the beds, and stay reachable while you are away. This page covers what a package includes, how tickets work, and what we expect from every traveler on the bus.
Every package combines round-trip group transport and accommodation, plus the practical logistics around the event: meeting point, departure time, and a coordinator who travels with your group.
Festival tickets are included only where we are an authorized reseller. Otherwise we help you buy them yourself, and those tickets stay subject to the festival's own terms and conditions.
Our team is available 24/7 during trips for emergencies. We are a travel organizer, not the festival organizer, so we speak for the journey and stay honest about what the festival controls.
Alcohol is not included in packages. If consumed, please drink responsibly and only if you are 18 or older. Travel insurance is recommended and can be arranged upon request.
Read the step-by-step flow, the safety notes, or compare available packages before you book.
Step by step
Four steps cover the whole trip. Each one shows what you pay and when, so nothing is left to guesswork at the pickup point.
01
Compare festivals by city, dates, accommodation type and transfer time. Pick the group size band that fits you and hold a place on the departure list. No payment is taken at this stage.

02
A deposit of EUR 50 per person confirms your seat and locks the accommodation price. The balance is due 21 days before departure, and the cancellation window stays open until then.

03
Once the deposit clears, we add you to the trip group with your group leader, the pickup address and a packing list. Travel insurance can be arranged on request.
Group chat opens
04
Your group meets at the pickup point and travels by coach to the accommodation. On arrival the leader walks you through wristband collection, shuttle times and entry to the festival grounds.
Round-trip transfer
We are a travel organizer, not the festival organizer. Our team is on call 24/7 during trips for emergencies. Read the safety and cancellation rules before you pay a deposit.

Every departure runs with a named group leader, a fixed meeting point at each venue and a 24/7 emergency line. Here is what we ask of you before you book.
We are a travel organizer, not the festival organizer. Festival tickets are subject to the festival's own terms and conditions, and venue entry rules always take priority over our itinerary.

Each package names its meeting point, normally the arrivals hall of the destination airport or the main railway concourse. Your confirmation email, sent 7 days before departure, includes the exact address, a map pin and the coordinator number.
One cabin bag and one checked bag up to 20 kg per traveller is standard. Larger items need to be flagged when you book so the bus or minivan is sized correctly for the group.
Every group travels with a coordinator and joins a private chat before departure. Our team is available 24/7 for emergencies, from a missed transfer to a lost document.
Cancellation windows and deposit terms differ by departure date. The full schedule is listed in the refund and cancellation policy.
We are a travel organizer, not the festival organizer. Tickets are included only where we are an authorized reseller, and any ticket remains subject to the festival terms. Travel insurance is recommended and can be arranged on request.
Packages are built for travellers aged 18 and over. Alcohol is never included in the price, and if you drink, please do so responsibly. Details are in the alcohol policy.
